Designer Genes. What if you could consciously partake in the design of your child’s DNA while he/she is forming in your womb? The new book Painless Childbirth:An Empowering Journey Through Pregnancy and Birth by Giuditta Tornetta will show you how. Would a mom-to-be create a more wondrous human being if she herself was living to her fullest potential, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually?? It couldn’t hurt, right??
According to Painless Childbirth, if there were ever a time when a woman should concentrate on getting her act together, maternity is that time. After all, she is in the miraculous process of creating another human being-and totally responsible for that child. Ms. Tornetta, a veteran birth and post-partum doula, says responsibility for your child begins with knowing the 9 Rights of Pregnant Women, which coincide with each month of maternity. Through understanding these rights and working with them, the pregnant woman is empowered and guided to look within herself to see where she needs to grow, just as her child is developing alongside her. Ms. Tornetta has written the first self-help book for mothers-to-be. It makes good sense to think seriously about Tornetta’s deep insights into maternity. A painless childbirth is one where the mom has no regrets about her maternity period or birthing experience. This wise book shows women how to accomplish just that.

Why are people …
Why are people giving me the thumbs down? I’m just telling it the way it is. If you want to stick your heads in the clouds, that’s up to you. You’ll all find out that I’m telling the truth soon anyway if you decide to have children.
Yup! I knew I’d …
Yup! I knew I’d seen her somewhere! Thanks!
the 2nd one i think …
the 2nd one i think is that girl in 10 things i hate about you .. the girl who dresses up as shakespears wife i think.. not sure but i think thats her..
well said.. i dont …
well said.. i dont have any kids cause i am still tooo young but the thing is, i KNOW that it will kinda be painful but i think my body will let me be in touch with the pain throughout the pregnancy.. i dont know, but i think there will be a since of feeling and hints of how the delivery will or might be like.. but maybe i am wrong too
I’ve had three …
I’ve had three children and I know that the only way to have a pain-free birth is to be an adoptive parent. You have pain if you have the drugs (have u seen the size of the spinal block needle??), you have pain as the father (helplessness and squeezed hands) and pain as the midwife (who has to contort herself to be able to deliver your baby in what ever position you are in). The pain is so worth it though & forgotten as you hold your baby. Thats why some of us have more than one!
What a load of bull …
What a load of bull! The women who had “Pain-free” childbirths are actresses! Well known ones now as well! The first one is the best friend in “27 Dresses” (who has NO CHILDREN) But I can’t remember what I saw the second one in….
wow, of course it …
wow, of course it hurts but not like any pain you can imagen and when ur child is put on ur chest its gone and forgotten and all worth the those few moments of sheer force, because that beautiful little creature is perfect in everyway. and urs to keep presious right from that first heartbeat!!!

Why would you say ” …
Why would you say “it was put inside w/joy, it has to come out w/pain” ?? Who told you that?? Shoot, someone that wants to experience pain is either CRAZY or one of those EMO people that like to cut them selves!
I vote NO PAIN! But that doesnt mean I wouldnt be a good parent, parenting is something totally different than EXPERIENCING PAIN!
why have a child …
why have a child and be pregnant, if you dont want to feel any pain.. I think that is very selfisch. It was put inside with joy it has to come out with pain. If you dont want to feel pain for your child. your not a good parent then..
sassymuzik you are …
sassymuzik you are so selfish. if you don’t care about your baby then you aren’t a very good parent
OMG. I hope you …
OMG. I hope you never will be pregnant…i would feel sorry for your child!!!
The idea that drugs …
The idea that drugs take away all your pain is an illusion. My friend has had migraines from her epidural for 5 years now. Another of my friends had a c-section and wasn’t able to hold her baby for weeks because of the pain she had. You’re obviously scared of giving birth, and it can be scary if you don’t have your facts straight. There are women who have wonderful stories about natural birth at home. My midwife says that her clients are mostly second-time mothers. There’s a reason…
*should never
*should never
well you would make …
well you would make a lovely parent. I understand people wanting pain meds, i think i would lean that way too, but to say you DONT CARE if your baby is born with a drug addiction seems like you shouldn’t have one if you don’t care if your kid is messed up.
well, I don’t care …
well, I don’t care if my baby is born with a drug addiction to any pain medication! I will feel no pain & I’m not ashamed of that. Why have a painful delivery if it can be avoided? Give me every drug known to man & hit me up side the head & knock me out. I will not feel any pain.
Beautiful. …
Beautiful. Something that every single woman should know. Birth IS beautiful and it need not hurt - I have done it too.
Induction hurts, fear hurts, being confined and constrained hurts, birth itself does not.
Birth should be celebrated and honoured, it would be so much better for our children and our world for our babies to be born in peace and calm.
I had a painless …
I had a painless childbirth with my 2nd son. I spent my entire pregnancy emotionally and spiritually preparing and it was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way. It is *very* possible.
Thank you for this wonderful message
Honouring life, …
Honouring life, birth and nature is the fast track to peace. Natural birth is statistically safer and life honouring.
Our medical model of industrialized birth is a toppling domino that propels us toward profit. It is a portal to pharmceutical profits and does not have us or our babies best interests at heart.
It is so refreshing to see that we are slowly turning the tide on the ‘Shock Doctrine’ of Scalpel and Suture capitalism.
According to legend …
According to legend, the Buddha’s childbirth was “instant and painless”. His mother was on a journey, felt the birth coming on, stopped the chariot, got out, held onto a tree branch and …there he was…
I did NOT have a painless childbirth, but I was able to have an unanesthetized one, as did several of my child’s friends, and the lower amount of trauma seems to vastly improve the child’s resilience.
Maybe we really are on the verge of a breakthrough if we start treating babies better.

Uh-huh…the woman …
Uh-huh…the woman at :42 is an actress from movies Center Stage, Drive Me Crazy, etc.
Let me see her REAL childbirth video, then maybe I’ll believe Miss Matchstick.
yes, thank you for …
yes, thank you for the testimonial, the goal of my book and this video is to tell women it is possible. Yes there is one professional actress on the video, and she is talking about her real-life experience. Susan May Pratt (Center Stage) was my client and had a beautiful daughter painlessly last year. I know I was her doula!
I had a painless …
I had a painless childbirth and it was one of the best days of my life. Even if this video is scripted and the people actors, it is entirely possible in real life, and it’s incredibly empowering to go through it.
My girlfriend …
My girlfriend bought me this book when I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd. It’s amazing. It also touches on helping to heal different types of emotional baggage that could hinder your inner thoughts and feelings, affecting the birth. I really get inspired every time I read some of it. I cant wait to give birth to this baby!
