   Mine arrived 6 weeks after the miscarriage, but it can happen between 4-8 weeks after.

   I had a miscarriage a few years ago and according to the doctor and a peice of paper they gave me ( which i still have to this day) they say that your period is suppose to start any where from 1-2 wks after that happens but when i had my miscarriage i started that same day. I hope this helps you out some and I am sorry to hear about what happend.
