I know that you have a 15% chance of miscarriage in the first trimester, but what about in the 2nd? You always hear that your risk is "significantly lower," but does anyone have a percentage or a number?
I think it's like 2% or something really low like that. Once you hear the heart beat it lowers the risk as well!

it depends on what risk factors you have. actually statistics show that there is a 25-50% chance of miscarriage early in pregnancy (within the first few weeks) and it drops to about 10% after a heartbeat is detected. i believe that the risk of still birth in the second trimester diminishes to about 5% but some people have riskier pregnancies.
